The headphones do not turn on. (WF-XB700)

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot when the headphones do not turn on:

    1. Check if the indicators flash when the headphones are removed from the charging case.
      The indicators flash in blue
      The headphones turn on normally.
      The indicators flash in blue and red alternately or the indicators flash in blue twice each
      The headphones are in the Bluetooth pairing mode.
      Note: When you pair the headphones with a device for the first time after purchase or after initializing the headphones, the headphones enter pairing mode automatically.
      The indicators do not light up
      Go to the next troubleshooting step.
    2. Start charging the headphones and the charging case, and check if the indicators of the headphones light up in red.

      The indicators light up in red.
      The headphones are in the process of charging. Continue charging and go to the next troubleshooting step.
      The indicators do not light up in red.
      There may be a problem with charging. Refer to the The headphones do not charge article.
    3. After completing the charging, check if the headphones turn on.

      The headphones turn on.
      The cause may have been a low battery.
      The headphones do not turn on.
      Go to the next troubleshooting step.
    4. Reset the headphones.
      Visit the Help Guide to reset the headphones.

      The headphones turn on.
      The issue may have been caused by a temporary malfunction of the headphones.
      The headphones do not turn on.
      Go to the next troubleshooting step.
    5. Initialize the headphones.

      Note: After initialization, the headphones will return to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information will be deleted.

      The headphones do not turn on.
