How to find TV model no. and serial no?

You can find the television model & serial number by the following:
Method 1: At the back of the product

Android TV:

The serial number of a product is usually a 7 digit number printed on a label at the back of Television; though it can sometimes be tucked away somewhere, such as in a compartment. You may find it beneath a barcode, sometimes as an isolated seven digits of a longer sequence of numbers.
Non-Android

Non-Android TV:
The serial number of a product is usually a 7 digit number printed on a label at the back of Television (when you facing the TV, the label is located at right hand side).

Method 2: At the back of the product
For Android TV, please refer the steps below:
Press “HELP” button on the TV remote control

Usebutton to scroll downward, then select [System information] under [Troubleshooting and system information].

You can find <model no> and <serial number> under [System information]

Remarks:
The procedure of checking TV model and serial number are varied in different models, please contact Customer Service Hotline 2833 5129 if you cannot locate the information.

Method 3: On your product box

There is a bar code label sticker on the Television box, model number is start from prefix “KDL” or “KD”, then serial number is the 7-digits number (red colour) is showing like this “S01-XXXXXXX-X”.
