I cannot send data from an Android device to Xperia using Xperia Transfer 2, What can I do?

Solution

Due to the power saving function of your device, if the screen of the sending device is turned off, the data transfer by Xperia Transfer 2 may fail. 

To work around this issue, continue to display the Xperia Transfer 2 app on the sending device and do not turn off the screen.
