Why cannot I always charge my phone battery to 100% ?

I can't always charge 100% of the phone battery. / The charging always stops at 80% or 90% of battery capacity.

    Solution

    You may set the "Always" mode in the Battery Care settings, if your phone charges only up to 80% or 90% of the battery capacity at all time.

    To Charge the phone 100% :

    1. Settings > Battery > Battery care
    2. Set "Always" mode toggle OFF.

    NOTE: When Always mode is turned ON, charging would stop at 80% or 90% *1 of battery level to increase the battery's lifespan.
    *1: You can choose either 80% or 90% of the battery level for the charging limit when you select the "Always" mode in the Battery Care setting.
