If the cameras (main/front) do not work properly:
- Perform the following operations and see if the problem is resolved.

Force stop the Camera or Photography Pro app and clear the cache.
- Update your device’s software.

- Avoid using your device in the following manner. Doing so may cause the cameras to malfunction.
- Using your device with a cover that is not exclusively for Xperia attached.
The cameras may not work if the lenses or sensors are blocked by the cover. - Shooting with fogged or dirty lenses.
- Shooting with the lenses covered by a protective film, etc.
- Shooting with your fingers or a cover close to the lenses.
The flash may reflect off your fingers or the cover, resulting in a deterioration of the photo or movie quality.
- Using your device with a cover that is not exclusively for Xperia attached.
