Some units of the FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS Lens may experience out of focus under certain shooting conditions.

To address this issue, we will repair your affected lens free of charge until March 31, 2020. If you have an affected unit, please contact Sony Service Centre.

[Symptoms] 
The following symptom may occur under certain shooting conditions

- The lens does not focus when autofocus shooting with close aperture
- The lens is out of focus when changing the aperture after focusing with manual focus
