Having difficulty signing in to my Virgin Media TiVo box. Due to the main screen showing so many Apps I can’t locate an access to my regular viewing media.

We bought the television because it was one of the few available with a central stand. Most are on legs which are too far apart to stand comfortably on the cabinet we wished to keep. Having got used to the television we are happy with it but we do not think the extra facilities are worth the difference in price. We would have preferred to have paid less.

I originally was going to buy a different Sony TV and decided to buy a Sony A90K instead, it does cost more than the other one, however it is worth it !! There are many features including a fantastic sound system built right behind the screen, no need for a sound bar. This TV works seamlessly with my Sony UBP X700 /M Blu-ray / DVD player. The picture is excellent and there are many built in apps ( Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video ) and it will connect to Google You Tube. One neat feature about the remote is a automatic backlight when you pick up the remote. You can use just a digital antenna with a coaxial cable if you don't have the internet and wi-fi. I didn't buy this TV for gaming, however it has HDMI inputs for video gaming as well. Just a great TV !!

Just changed to this oled model after have our old Bravia for fourteen years. Really pleased with the purchase, picture is fantastic and don’t need a sound bar.

The TV provides a good picture and sound, but is too complicated and yet still doesn’t quite do what it needs to do. Why 2 remotes?? Why does it allow set up with a TV box which will switch the box on via the remote, but then won’t switch it off? In slightly less time than it took my plumber to drain a tank, replace a pump and recharge the system I managed to set it up, but am still not sure I have done it right, hence too complicated or perhaps not straight forward enough. And no I don’t want to register with google! Also the screw the brackets to the TV, very tricky. We cal land a man on the moon, but simple to apply screws, no!

Have had this tv for 2 weeks and are impressed with the picture quality and sound

I recommend without reservation. What a television. The picture is superb and as for the audio aspects the use of the screen as the speaker is brilliant. I cannot fault the unit in anyway.

I love this TV except that I have problems getting clear sound. My installer says I should turn the sound down to zero and just rely on the sound bar but it doesn’t make for a good smooth sound. It’s a bit raspy.

Really happy with the TV and also the Google TV apps

Crystal clear picture and excellent sound has made viewing so much better.

Learning curve is very steep, but I am here today to get a manual

I had been looking at this tv for sometime in my local Sony shop, and was blown away by the quality of the picture, and the sound. I finally made the decision to buy a few weeks ago. Although this is quite a considerable outlay for a tv, I have not regretted buying it.

Excellent product in every way. Even setting it up was relatively straightforward

This purchase was to replace a Bravia that died after 14 years. Because of this we considered buying the top of the range for size. It’s only a 42” but seems bigger with the slim steel bezel. My wife immediately was impressed by the picture and sound quality and considered it a worthy replacement. (Praise indeed). Everything about it exudes quality, including the metal remote and stand for the tv which allows placement of a soundbar. It achieves this by having two positions, flush and high. We’ve been putting it to test watching streamed 4k films and the picture and sound are amazing. We already had a soundbar that seems a bit redundant but really adds to the experience. (Unfortunately the screen which acts as a speaker can’t be incorporated with a third party bar.) maybe this will be amended with a firmware upgrade in the future, Sony?

Bought yesterday so early days but looks good. However, really bad keyboard to link to internet. It would not give upper case English U. It kept defaulting to other language U. Had to keep trying different key strokes, over and over, to get an upper case U. Really annoying.

I am satisfied and happy with all my Sony products.

Only been using it for a week but great picture, sound and colour amazing with lots of features. Salesman in John Lewis was so knowledgeable and helpful. A happy customer.

As you would expect from Sony.Excellent picture.Blacks are black,lovely shining brightness,good deep colours.Motion handled brilliantly and excellent at upscaling 1080p blu rays to 4k.Not bad sound either,although I used a system. Highly recommended. Oh and even two remotes,ones a smaller one that illuminates when you pick it up.What more can you ask for.

Four months into ownership and still thrilled with this TV (48inch). It's coupled with SKY Q, and a 7.1 surround sound system. I've not yet used the TV on its own, only through SKY, so unable to give any information on the TV as a stand-alone unit. Picture quality is excellent, even better than my previous BRAVIA TV which had full calibration to the system. We view the TV from a distance of 5metres and the detail is stunning.

Not had it long but loving it so far nothing else to add

Quality product…you can tell by the weight of the TV…not an ultralight like other brands.

The tv picture and sound are great but I only stream and this tv is awful trying to watch live tv, it is over controlling and annoying. I now need a fire stick to do what a LG or Samsung lets me do with out a problem

Amazing tv really good black and grate colours a tiny bit on the dim side but that easily fix but place ment and is grate for all moves and tv show and outstanding for gaming on my ps5 been paying game that I haven’t touch for year just because this is they way to experience them love this sony you have out done your self it amazing

Had my new TV a couple of weeks now. Its got a amazing picture, sound quality is great too. Lots of easy apps to use even for a tech dinosaur like me. And love the feature on the remote where the buttons light up. Love my new TV.

Bought this TV a Month ago. Fantastic picture and definition, feel as though I am at the cinema. Such a treat

The picture quality and sound are excellent however you need a degree to be able to get the benefit from it.

Purchased around 3 months ago and very disappointed with sound quality given the cost. Volume levels require constant adjusting when moving between sources and often revert to sub titles. Purchase only prompted by occasional rattle from Panasonic TV speaker something which this set is also guilty of.

Excellent picture, sound, simple and easy to connect to external sources using Bluetooth, AirPlay and WiFi. Menus easy to use, great for gaming and as computer monitor.

The colour and clarity of the picture make viewing a real pleasure as the definition really enhances things especially nature programs. The sound quality is excellent.

Very good television but I have had to change the batteries in the remote twice within a week. They have gone flat which in turn turns the television off!

Had this for 2 weeks, not that impressed at all, may improve over time.

We have always had Sony TV's but this is even better were style, picture quality, and even down to the built in back. I would recommend this TV.

Very stylish looking TV which sits on an equally stylish and stable stand. Picture and sound quality is excellent. It was easy to set up with no difficulty in getting the BBC i-player into action. Good panels at the rear which house cables to other devices.

We bought this on recommendation of the sales adviser. It's taking me a time to get to know everything the tv has to offer. The picture on a 43in screen is excellent as is the sound quality.

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and I am delighted with the picture and sound quality. One of the primary reasons for selecting this model is that I wanted a "Google" smart TV and those features do not dissapoint.

So from box to wall this TV was so simple to set up . The auto functions set picture quality and sound depth. You know the best thing? It synchs with Virgin Media now we are usual one button to switch both TV and 360 on and have all the features on one control.

With no instruction manual this TV has proved a great challenge to us 80 year users. The sound bar purchased with this model has proved to be excellent. The redeeming feature is the quality of the picture

I bought the stove a few weeks back. To replace an old Sony 40 inch 3-D television that I’ve had for 13 years that I simply loved and it’s still working fine. I’ve been very pleased with it in the picture on. It is really good in the sound quality much better than my old 40 inch..

I have had this tv now nearly a month and can sum it up in one word....WOW. Having tried other makes this tv is nearly perfect. My only gripe is the second remote( one with numbers etc) this doesn't feel premium and is to small.An expensive tv but well worth the money as no need for a soundbar also,

This has to be the best television I have ever purchased & SONY are pioneers in TV technology, it comes with lots of apps and features and has amazing OLED technology and the sound which comes from the screen is absolutely awesome, I am extremely happy with my purchase as I knew I would be and would definitely purchase SONY again for my next TV.

Wanted something a little bit bigger and this ticked all the boxes.

Purchased this to replace a smaller TV and Freesat box that will no longer work with IPlayer after the end of the month. Well engineered and good quality picture, used in combination with a sound bar - very impressed.

We can’t fault the picture. The sound quality is disappointing. The sound on Digital terrestrial tv is very poor. Very tinny. One the apps Netflix etc it’s better.

So far absolutely delighted, so pleased with it, would recommend to anyone

Great product picture excellent and easy to set up

The TV is about 3 weeks old with new and while most functions are excellent, it is very slow to change channel - perhaps 3 seconds
